Regenerative Leadership

Empowering leaders to drive sustainable change

Today’s complex world demands a more responsible approach to business - Regenerative Leadership responds to these demands by creating a framework for sustainable, long-term success. Traditional leadership models are relics of the past, they assume resources are infinite, external influences are nonexistent, and people are expendable, focusing on short-term gains at the expense of long-term success. This course empowers leaders to drive sustainable change through nature-inspired, creative problem-solving and holistic management.

Course outcomes:

  • Equip participants with the ability to lead and inspire teams through principles of regenerative leadership, emphasising sustainability, resilience, and adaptability in problem-solving
