The Offer:

Join us for an immersive two day residential at the GSA's Highlands and Islands campus. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Scottish Highlands, participants will explore cutting-edge leadership practices that prioritise resilience, well-being, and ecological balance. This is more than a retreat – it's a chance to rejuvenate, connect, and inspire your team to lead with purpose and impact.

The residency offers full catering, with all meals and refreshments thoughtfully crafted to enhance and support the learning experience.

Following the immersive two-day residency at our campus- participants will receive access to our

self-paced Regenerative Leadership online course. This comprehensive resource offers over 35 hours of content, including activities, interviews, and more, allowing participants to deepen the knowledge and skills gained during the residency at their own pace.

The course includes 4 modules, 23 engaging activities, and 13 video lessons, designed to build upon the foundation established during the in-person experience.

After participants have attended the trip and finished the online self paced course, our creative leads will visit your company for an in-depth, in-person reflection session. During this session, we will thoroughly evaluate and unpack the insights gained from the retreat, helping your team explore how these new learnings can be effectively integrated into your company’s culture and operations.

This hands-on session will facilitate meaningful discussions, identify key areas for growth, and provide actionable strategies to ensure the leadership principles are successfully implemented, driving long-term impact and transformation within your organization.

The cost for our comprehensive Regenerative Leadership program is £1,950 per person. This includes:

For an additional fee of £2300, we offer a bespoke documentary-style video that captures the essence and impact of your team’s transformative experience. This professionally produced video includes testimonials from participants, highlights from the retreat, and a clear narrative showcasing how your company can implement the principles of Regenerative Leadership. Perfect for internal presentations or sharing with wider teams, this video serves as a powerful tool to reinforce the value of the retreat and inspire continued growth and innovation within your organization.

For an additional fee of £300 per person, we offer a complete accommodation package to make your retreat experience even more seamless. We will handle the entire process, finding and booking accommodations for your participants near our stunning Highlands campus. We'll ensure your team is well-rested and comfortable, allowing them to fully immerse in the Regenerative Leadership experience without the hassle of travel logistics.
