Future Skills deliver innovative creative professional development and business engagement, bringing art school expertise to the business world. Based in our creative campus in Moray, we work in partnership with commercial and public sector organisations to co-design interventions which address skill gaps and foster innovation. Our diverse offering includes short courses in audio production, creative thinking, regenerative leadership, and the circular economy. Our multi-disciplinary team of academics work in partnership with organisations to design bespoke content, ensuring outcomes are tailored to sector need. Working with public sector organisations such as Education Scotland, the Scottish Prison Service, and Scottish Care, we designed learning to enhance services, generate innovative solutions, and utilise creative thinking for complex problem solving.
