In collaboration with Daydream Believers, we have crafted a dynamic and immersive learning adventure tailored specifically for teachers, who are passionate about bringing creativity and innovation into their classrooms.

Free to all Scottish teachers, we offer a new way to approach the classroom in a fresh, engaging and creative way. Participants will have the space to open their mind to the possibilities that implementing creative thinking can change education.

What you will learn:

. This introductory module, "Creative Thinking," invites educators to embark on a transformative journey designed to rejuvenate their passion for teaching through creativity and innovation. Co-developed with the expertise of Glasgow School of Art - Future Skills and Daydream Believers, this CPD experience offers an immersive learning adventure that encourages educators to explore new ideas, challenge traditional methods, and bring fresh perspectives into their classrooms. Central to this journey is the Creative Cosmos Framework, a dynamic tool designed to assess and guide the development of key creative skills, helping teachers to inspire and unlock the creative potential of their students.

. The "Research Constellation" module invites educators to embark on a journey of exploration and inquiry, emphasizing the importance of cultivating a strong investigative spirit. In this stage, you'll develop the skills to uncover what truly ignites curiosity and engagement in your students, learning to navigate through compelling visuals, distill valuable insights, and build a robust foundation for your creative endeavors. This module challenges you to seek new data and perspectives, encouraging you to discover untapped knowledge and create pathways that lead your students to those transformative "ah-ha!" moments.

The "Evaluation Constellation" module, titled "Reflect, Interpret, and Improve," is designed to enhance your ability to guide students through the critical evaluation process within the Creative Thinking qualification. This module focuses on three essential areas: Reflect, where you'll learn techniques to help students critically analyze their work; Interpret, which equips you with strategies to teach students how to effectively receive and apply feedback; and Improve, emphasizing the importance of refining creative outputs through an iterative process. By mastering these skills, you'll foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages continuous learning, creative bravery, and the pursuit of excellence, empowering your students to reach their fullest potential.
