Cancellation Policy

Group Size - minimum 8 clients, maximum 18 clients. To cancel or reschedule please allow 5 days before or you will be charged 20% of booking. If you cancel within 48hrs of booking, we will charge full booking amount. We reserve the right to move indoors in the case of inclement weather. Clients should arrive in comfortable clothing and have suitable footwear for walking and uneven terrain. Please note that weather can be unpredictable, so we advise layers and waterproof clothing. Unfortunately, the estate terrain makes this experience unsuitable for wheelchair users. Ages 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if there is less than 8 participants.
